RESORT HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
The Emerson housekeeping team is responsible for the cleaning of all areas within the Emerson Resort & Spa. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department including, but not limited to, ensuring all rooms and common areas are cleaned in a timely manner in accordance with the company and departmental policies and procedures; inventory management; staffing management; training; and customer service . This position calls for an individual who possesses strong customer service and organizational skills, as well as an ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff and management. Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, are required. Prior management and housekeeping experience required. Prior housekeeping supervisory or management preferred.
SPA HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT– Part Time
The spa attendant is responsible for ensuring all areas of the spa and fitness center are maintained and cleaned and all amenities are well-stocked at all times. Early Mornings, Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
GROUP SALES MANAGER
The Group Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and meeting annual sales revenue goals through corporate and group sales. Duties require strong network and business development skills and consistent follow-up. Prior hospitality experience including event execution and food and banquet is strongly desired. Must be proactive, detail oriented and have strong inter-personal skills. Position requires excellent analytical and organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills. This position has no direct reports and no supervisory responsibilities for other Sales department staff. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor degree from institution of higher learning preferred.Prior experience in sales required. Experience with computer software including Microsoft Office Suite is required. Working knowledge of copy machines, fax machines, and office phones is necessary.
HOUSEKEEPER – Day and Evening Shifts available
The housekeeping team is responsible for the cleaning of all rooms and suites within the Emerson Resort & Spa. Must be reliable and demonstrate eagerness to work and learn in a team environment. Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
RESORT NIGHT AUDITOR – Part Time
The Night Auditor is responsible for the accommodation of all guest requests and inquiries during the overnight shift, as well as for closing out the resort-wide software system daily. This position calls for an individual who possesses strong customer service and organizational skills, as well as an ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management. Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays are required.
The food and beverage team is responsible for the smooth professional service of all food and beverages throughout the Emerson Resort & Spa. The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility. Flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are required
FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing 5-star customer service while using excellent communication and computer skills. Duties include checking guests in and out of the hotel, engaging guests on a daily basis, and ensuring that all guest expectations and needs are successfully met. Prior experience in a same or similar position is preferred. Flexible hours, weekends and holidays required.
LINE COOK- Full Time
The Kitchen team is responsible for the smooth professional service and preparation of all food throughout the Emerson Resort and Spa. The role of the Line Cook is to prepare culinary items to chef and customer satisfaction and to execute the menu, ensuring a high level of performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Guest satisfaction in our restaurants revolves around the food appearance, high quality of the food, and overall dining experience.
