Wellness & Fitness Classes
We offer a variety of Fitness Classes including Yoga, Barre, Pilates Mat and Meditation & Stretch. Weekly schedules are available at the Spa Desk or click here to view online.
Drop-in Fitness Classes are $17 per person, Hotel Guests classes at $15 per person. Purchase a Five Class Fitness Card for $75 (a $10 savings). Classes must be taken within two months from date of purchase. Purchase a 10 Class Card for $140 (a $30 savings). Classes must be taken within four months of purchase.
Purchase an Unlimited Fitness Class Card! 6-month unlimited classes for $390, 12-month unlimited classes for $750. Please Note: Fitness Class Cards do not entitle non-overnight guests to access the Spa, Fitness Center, Hot Tub or Outdoor Pool. Fitness Center membership discounts do not apply.
Learn to breathe and stretch using basic, easeful yoga poses. Perfect for beginners, or those recovering from injuries.
A dynamic class, incorporating both yoga and classic exercise techniques.
A perfect introduction for those students new to yoga. Focus on breath, alignment and refinement in the basic yoga poses.
OPEN LEVEL YOGA
Open to all levels. Class will be modified for any level student, from the novice to the advanced student. Incorporating breath work, mantra, and poses.
YIN / RESTORATIVE
Yin Yoga allows the body to settle into deep release and relaxation through various supported poses. Finish off with relaxing, supported poses allowing the student to settle into deep release and relaxation.
CORE FOCUS YOGA
Emphasis is placed on core strength to help support your yoga practice.
Restorative yoga with attention to self-healing through chakra opening and guided meditation.
Using the ballet barre incorporating ballet moves and exercise into the fun, energy-filled workout.
Traditional pilates class using the mat to increase flexibility, body strength and alignment.

SHAPE IT UP
An energetic class fusing various forms of movement & props to shape you up from head to toe. Though the class is fast-paced, modifications are given to help make the classaccessible to all.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
A vinyasa class that moves at a slower pace, giving the opportunity to hold poses for a longer period of time. This helps to cultivate a mind, body, breath connection.
VERY BEGINNER YOGA
This class is structured for those new to yoga. You will learn the fundamentals of poses & breath work, while gaining strength, stability and flexibility. The poses are demonstrated and described in detail.
STENGTHEN AND LENGTHEN
Strengthen and lengthen incorporates yoga, weights for arms and resistance exercises for abs, legs and glutes. Classes are open to all level with many adjustments recommended for a more gentle practice.
Aqua fitness is a low impact fitness practice in the pool. Targeting mobility for joints, gentle strengthening of core and arms and legs.

Kids Movement Class
July 1 through August 30
Wednesdays Ages 6-8 12:15 – 1pm
Thursdays Ages 3-5 3:30 – 4:15pm
$15 per class
(No Pre-Registration Necessary)
Our Kids Movement Class encourages children to explore and express creative movement in a safe, playful environment. Your child will have fun while learning spacial awareness, basic dance techniques and healthy exercise habits.
Children must be dressed in comfortable clothing with hair pulled back. Barefoot preferred during class. Please have your child use the restroom prior to class.
