Wellness & Fitness Classes


We offer a variety of Fitness Classes including Yoga, Barre, Pilates Mat and Meditation & Stretch. Weekly schedules are available at the Spa Desk or click here to view online.

Drop-in Fitness Classes are $17 per person, Hotel Guests classes at $15 per person. Purchase a Five Class Fitness Card for $75 (a $10 savings). Classes must be taken within two months from date of purchase. Purchase a 10 Class Card for $140 (a $30 savings). Classes must be taken within four months of purchase.

 

Class Descriptions

GENTLE YOGA
Learn to breathe and stretch using basic, easeful yoga poses. Perfect for beginners, or those recovering from injuries.

CORE FUSION
A dynamic class, incorporating both yoga and classic exercise techniques.

VINYASA FLOW
A perfect transition from a Level 1 class.  A combination of vinyasa, flowing from pose to pose, along with traditional poses and alignment.

BEGINNERS YOGA
A perfect introduction for those students new to yoga.  Focus on breath, alignment and refinement in the basic yoga poses.

OPEN LEVEL YOGA
Open to all levels.  Class will be modified for any level student, from the novice to the advanced student.  Incorporating breath work, mantra, and poses.

YIN / RESTORATIVE
Yin Yoga allows the body to settle into deep release and relaxation through various supported poses. Finish off with relaxing, supported poses allowing the student to settle into deep release and relaxation.

CORE FOCUS YOGA
Emphasis is placed on core strength to help support your yoga practice.

LEVEL ONE YOGA
Deepen your practice with emphasis on alignment to create a foundation for your yoga practice.  Incorporates mantra, intro to yoga philosophy, and meditation. 

STRETCH AND TONE
Comprehensive strength training class using your own body strength and light weights.  Perfect for all.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Restorative yoga with attention to self-healing through chakra opening and guided meditation.

BARRE FITNESS
Using the ballet barre incorporating ballet moves and exercise into the fun, energy-filled workout.

PILATES MAT
Traditional pilates class using the mat to increase flexibility, body strength and alignment.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Group instruction in our fitness center using equipment, going from station to station and light weights.

Fitness CenterMembership

Fitness Center Members receive unlimited classes, use of all Spa amenities and a 10% discount on Spa treatments, Woodnotes Grille, Ralph’s Cafe and the Country Stores.

Fitness Center Memberships
Annual Membership $780.
Monthly auto payments available for one year memberships at $65 per month.
6 Month Membership $420.
3 Month Membership $225 (In Full).
1 Month Membership $80.

Tarot Cardand Chakra Balancing

Break destructive patterns and overcome obstacles by creating balance between the mind body and spirit. Unblocking your body’s energy centers, or chakras, leads to synergy between the body and mind.  This holistic treatment begins with a short interview and tarot card reading to determine physical ailments and energy blockage. Healing crystals and gentle touch are then used to remove blockages and allow energy channels to flow openly through the body.
