Visit Ralph’s Café for an imaginary climb up Candy Cane Mountain. Our brightly lit candy cane tree stands tall amid gingerbread houses, gingerbread skiers, and spice drop and ribbon candy trees. You’re sure to find yourself “hooked” by this charming display made with over 350 candy canes, eight batches of royal icing, and six batches of fragrant gingerbread. Bring some holiday spirit home with you by purchasing some festive peppermint pigs, advent calendars, Hanukkah chocolate coins, or bags of candy to create your own gingerbread house or candy mountain from The Shops at Emerson.
