The Bellhop is responsible for welcoming our guests and providing five-star customer service in assisting with luggage, guest transport, and other guest requests. You must be friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid NYS Driver’s License is required. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Computer experience is helpful. Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

WAIT STAFF/SERVER- Breakfast and Weekend Shifts Available

The server at our Woodnotes Grille should be outgoing, friendly, and professional in appearance and attitude. The server is responsible for providing “front of the house” customer service in the restaurant.  Breakfast and Dinner shifts available. Weekends and holidays required.


The Café Associate is responsible for providing customer service during counter service of prepared food items and beverages including specialty coffees. Prior customer service or food service experience is preferred – but willing to train. Some flexibility in schedule is required.

HOUSEMAN – Full Time Seasonal

The Houseman is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the common areas of the resort and assisting maintenance personnel with their duties and projects as assigned.  


The Woodnotes Grille located in Mt. Tremper, NY is seeking an experienced wood fire pizza chef. Responsibilities include making pizza dough, sauce, prep mise en place, and preparing a wood fired oven. Other duties include working in an outdoor setting and cooking other various items on grill.Previous experience, professional references, and weekends and holidays required. Schedule may require flexible working hours.


The Laundry Team is responsible for ensuring all laundry is cleaned and pressed in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with the Housekeeping policies and procedures. Weekends and holidays required. 


The Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our clients. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to learn spa specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our clients. They must hold and maintain a current NYS massage therapy license.


The spa attendant is responsible for ensuring all areas of the spa and fitness center are maintained and cleaned and all amenities are well-stocked at all times.  Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
